Acceptance of these terms

These Terms of Use govern your use of GrailCheck, including the GrailCheck mobile app, website, and related services. By using GrailCheck, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

GrailCheck Pro subscription

GrailCheck offers optional auto-renewable Pro monthly or annual subscriptions and additional offers shown only inside the app. The current price and billing period are displayed in the app before you confirm your purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account when you confirm the purchase unless an eligible free trial applies. For an eligible free trial, billing starts when the trial ends unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it ends. Apple determines introductory-offer eligibility; a trial is not guaranteed for every account.

Your subscription automatically renews unless it is canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your Apple ID account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID subscription settings after purchase.

Any free-trial or introductory offer, when available, is shown before purchase. The unused portion of a free trial is forfeited if you purchase a subscription where applicable.

Using GrailCheck

You may use GrailCheck for lawful personal or business inventory management. You are responsible for the information you enter, the listings you publish, and complying with the rules of any marketplace you use. Do not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, or use it to infringe another person's rights.

Pricing and AI-generated information

Market prices, card identifications, condition assessments, and listing suggestions are informational estimates, not guarantees, appraisals, or financial advice. You are responsible for independently verifying details and deciding how to price, buy, sell, or grade a collectible.

Changes and availability

We may update GrailCheck or these terms from time to time. If a change is material, we will update the effective date on this page. We may suspend or discontinue features when reasonably necessary to operate, secure, or improve the service.
